This course is designed for people who wish to enhance or develop their assertiveness skills. Assertiveness improves working relationships and builds self-confidence. Lack of assertiveness can act as a source of stress. The goal of our assertiveness training is to enable participants to learn to express their rights, request and opinions appropriately without violating the rights and self-esteem of others.

Course Content:

  • What is Assertiveness?
  • Breaking the pattern of aggressive and submissive behaviour
  • Learning to refuse a request without feeling guilty
  • How to encourage assertiveness
  • Communicate more effectively how you feel and what you want to happen
  • Learn how to get other people to respect you
