Cardiac First Responder Course

The course, which is being taught by two fully-certified paramedics who are employed by the HSE, includes the administration of Aspirin for chest pain, recognition of stroke, as well as CPR and Defibrillation. This course is valid for 2 years. It is recommended that trainees have at least one revalidation session, but should have more, where possible, regular retention training.
